These Terms of Service govern your use of Read with Roz, an AI-powered English reading tutor for children ages 6-12. By using Read with Roz, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Read with Roz helps children practice reading, vocabulary, pronunciation, and book-related conversations. The app is intended to be set up and managed by a parent or guardian.
2. Subscriptions
Read with Roz offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase:
- Plus Monthly — monthly subscription, CAD $9.99 per month.
- Pro Monthly — monthly subscription, CAD $14.99 per month.
Prices may vary by country or region and will be shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3. Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting your Read with Roz account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
4. Account and Content
You are responsible for the book content and information entered into the app. Read with Roz should be used with appropriate books and under parent or guardian supervision.
5. AI Features
Read with Roz uses AI services to generate reading help and book-related responses. AI output may not always be perfect. Parents and guardians should supervise use and verify important information.

7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
